SHIPPING

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States, as we want to provide the best possible local experience. If we expand to other regions, we’ll share the news with our community first.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

For orders stocked in one of our warehouses, standard delivery typically takes 4–9 business days. Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.

SHIPPING & HANDLING PROCESS

Our handling time usually takes about 2-3 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Every order includes free shipping. No minimums, no hidden conditions, just simple, stress-free delivery straight to your door.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We understand how frustrating this situation can be. Once we confirm that the item is defective, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement. If the item needs to be returned, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We’ll also provide you with return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Please make sure to complete the process within 30 days of the delivery date.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for your less than perfect experience.

RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Our returns team will provide you with the nearest return location to ship your package. Once we receive the returned item, your return will be processed within 7 days.

If possible, please share the tracking number for your return shipment with us. This helps us process your return as quickly as possible.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

As long as your order has not yet been submitted for fulfillment, we can cancel it. Please note that a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover transaction processing costs, as these fees are not refunded to us by Shopify when an order is canceled.

We often submit orders for fulfillment within a few hours, so the sooner you contact us, the more likely we’ll be able to process the cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to receive a refund after delivery. Our customer support team is always here to help if you have any questions.
